Food Driven is rooted in the life and journey of Chef Mark Thomas. He learned early that food was more than nourishment, food was love, culture, and connection. After 30 years in kitchens, homes, and communities around the world, Chef Mark realized that his most meaningful work was still ahead of him.
He returned to the heart of where it started, the community table.
